Joel, Part 2

Sotiris
It was my first night in this bed. It was still warm outside, about 79 degrees (26 Celsius), so I was grateful to have a fan. Maybe it was the jetlag. I switched positions.

I thought back to the dinner. The food and wine had been delicious. The company had been great. We had sat at that rickety table in the narrow street for hours, which is apparently a normal way to dine out in Greece.

And Sotiris had been there. He had been busy all night. I saw his ass in his tight jeans all night, walking from table to table. Bringing full plates and clearing empty ones. Hugging and talking to almost every customer like he knew them, which he likely did.

Sotiris had been too busy to interact much after the introductions and our orders, but he did bring us food or refill our glasses every now and then. Every time there was eye contact that made me feel like there was something. Aleesha commenting on it made me feel like it wasn’t just in my head.

But now as I was in bed, I doubted myself. He was a charismatic man who ran a successful local restaurant. He likely knew just how to use his attractiveness to make others feel like they are getting special attention.

I sighed. I was hoping I was going to get to sleep soon. I decided to get up and walk downstairs to the kitchen. Maybe I should drink some water and bring a glass back up. I was hoping the walk would clear my mind and it never hurts to drink some water.

I carefully opened and then closed the door. I didn’t want to wake anyone else in the villa. The wooden staircase did make some noise, so I made sure to take my time. When my bare feet hit the tile of the downstairs area, I walked to the kitchen.

I drank some water and walked around the living room. I turned on a light. All of a sudden I saw my reflection in the window. Wearing just some cotton gym shorts, I like the way I looked. The water was doing me good. I walked back to the kitchen to fill my glass back up to take it back to my room, when I heard footsteps on the stairs.

Chase
First I saw the muscular legs coming down, and I already knew it had to be Chase.
“Hey man”, I said, softly.
“Oh. Hey.”
All he wore were tight boxer-briefs. Even with the dim lighting, his ass and his bulge looked appetizing. In his hand was his phone.

He seemed surprised to find me there.
“I didn’t wake you, did I?”
“No”, he said, “I didn’t hear a thing. Had trouble falling asleep.”
“Same”, I replied.

I checked out Chase’s ass while he also took some water from the fridge.
“Wanna talk for a little bit, till we feel sleepy?”, he asked.
“Sure”, I said.

I sat in the white sofa. Chase joined me while scrolling on his phone.
“It’s late afternoon to early evening in the US”, he said, as if it explained why he would be on his phone.
I said nothing.
“The photo of us in speedos is blowing up”, he added.
“Oh, is it?”

Chase put his phone down. He noticed I wasn’t picking up my phone. It was charging by my bed.
“You’re not as much into this whole social media thing, are you?”, he asked, smiling.
I shrugged.
“It’s fine”, I said, “but I don’t think about it all of the time. Don’t want to, either.”

Chase let his hand rest on the sofa. He sighed.
“Same, actually. When I started, I didn’t think it would take up this much of my time, my mental capacity. But I know that if I want to pay off my student debt like this, I have to be on top of the game.”
I nodded.
“That must be exhausting.”

“It is! It made me obsess over money more than I ever wanted to. The photoset with you in speedos went live an hour ago and already people are asking if you’ll appear on my OnlyFans. And I’m thinking, ooh, so that could make a ton of cash.”

He shook his head. I understood what he was trying to say.
“Everything has become about money, about the way I look, the things I do and who I do them with. It’s all so superficial. And like, I now have sex for money, too. All because I wanted to be an ER doctor.”

“Well, you are an ER doctor now, right?”
“Yeah.”
“And is it what you love to do?”
“It is! I love the rush. I love helping all those people. Never a dull moment. And I’m good at it, too.”
“Well, then it might be worth it, in the end.”
“I’m sure it will. Debt can be such a crippling feeling. I will be glad once it’s paid off, over and done with.”

I nodded.
“I can imagine.”
There was a short silence. Chase looked ahead of him, probably thinking.

Chase
“Tell me more about this OnlyFans business”, I broke the silence. “What do you really do on there?”
“It started off with silly naked videos, to jerking off. But people just wanted more. They send me toys and I play with them. Now they want me to do stuff with other guys.”
“Is that something you’re into?”, I asked casually.
“Not really, but then I’m not into a lot of things I am asked to do, but I do them anyway. But for guy on guy I can ask lots more money. They especially want to see me get fucked.”

I laughed. I could imagine that, for sure.
“And it took me some time to get used to the idea, but after a while, especially once I got used to the toys, I became more and more open to the idea. And then Nic actually encouraged it. She said that with guys I can do duo scenes without her feeling jealous. And I think she gets off on it, and wants to be the one filming. So if she is into it, that does make it quite hot for me, too.”

I smiled.
“I get it. I would love to help you with paying everything off, but…”
I paused.
“I’m sorry man, I’m just not sure it’s for me.”
Chase turned to me. He looked serious.
“I kind of figured that, when the subject was first raised. And this is not me asking either, so we’re clear.”
“I know, I know.”

Chase
I looked at Chase’s perfectly proportioned body, right here on the sofa next to me. Like, I would have loved to touch him, play with him. But on camera? And having people pay to watch us? I was pretty sure I would freeze up, not even able to get hard.

Chase changed the subject and asked about how well I knew Aleesha. I told him she has been my best friend for quite some time. He said he was asking because he had realized he and I were the ones who only knew one person on this trip really well.
“And I’m with my girlfriend, so that’s not the same either. Wanted to make sure you don’t feel left out or anything.”

I smiled. It was sweet of him to bring that up. I reassured him and told him I was just fine so far.

We decided to try going to sleep again. We both took a chilled glass of water up to our rooms. Chase went ahead of me on the stairs. Watching his ass in his underwear walk up at eye-level, did make me think about what I would to his hole. I shook it off. At the top of the stairs, he hugged me, to thank me for the chat. His skin on mine did turn me on a little. He walked back to his room and I walked to mine.

I thought about OnlyFans and Chase’s ass for a little longer while I was in bed, but soon I drifted off to sleep.

The next morning, I was cheerful upon waking up. It was the first time waking up in this villa in Greece. The beautiful morning sky, the chirping birds around made me smile. I happily made coffee and prepared some breakfast for the others who soon came downstairs as well.

Aleesha, Chase and Nicole all thanked me for preparing something for them. We all talked about how well we had slept. Chase and I smiled at each other for a second. We also talked about how nice the night before had been. The great meal in such an authentically Greek place. We already agreed to go back at least one more time to Sotiris’s place for dinner during this trip.

I wanted to know what people felt like doing today. Aleesha was the first to say she couldn’t wait to lay in the sun, and swim in the pool for a bit. Nicole suggested that we could walk to the nearest beach.
“It’s only ten minutes away by foot, and it’s a very quiet beach. Could be great for some photos as well. There’s a very cute restaurant there as well, so maybe if we go in the late afternoon, and we bring a change of clothes, we’ll have dinner sorted.”
Aleesha and Chase agreed. I also agreed, it sounded good. The argument to wait until later in the day to do things also made sense, with an expected high of 94 degrees (34 Celsius). But I didn’t want to sit around the villa until 4.00 PM.

There were a few things I felt like the fridge could do some stocking up with. So I volunteered to go shopping this morning. I wanted to go back into town anyway. This way I could walk around Preveza for a little while and take back some groceries. Chase offered to join me, but I said I would just be an hour.

Joel
I was kind of looking forward to going on my own and explore. I got in the car. I shortly had to adjust, remembering how to drive with a stick, but soon I was on my way back to town. I drove exactly how Chase had shown me the evening before.

I got to the little grocery store that I had remembered and wanted to check out. I parked across the street of it. I got out. From what I remembered, the church couldn’t be far. I walked uphill, on a narrow sidewalk.

People passed me, carrying empty shopping bags, on their way to do what I would also soon do. Friends or family talked to each other outside of a café. The sound of the Greek language making me smile. I looked up and I saw an old lady hanging up her laundry on the balcony.

For some reason, I loved this. To see ordinary life but in a completely different place. The sidewalk disappeared for a while as I walked on the road for a while. I waited in between parked cars to let a driving one pass me.

Once I saw the palm trees, I knew I was close to the square. I wanted to know what the statuesque building on my right was, but there was no way of finding out. There was a little stall that sold magazines, cigarettes and ice cream.

I continued walking and behind the trees appeared the church. The arches in front, the bell tower, the shapes of the building fascinated me. It was the Saint Konstantinos Orthodox Church. I wasn’t really into religion at all, but I loved the idea of manmade things being around on this Earth for such a long time.

Across the road they sold fresh fish. I walked around the town a little more and reveled in every shop, narrow street and old building. I soon returned in the direction that I came from and found my way back to the church and then back to the grocery store.

Sotiris
By the café I stopped dead in my tracks. Sotiris. Talking to a woman. It seemed to be a serious conversation. I couldn’t help but notice the immense ass on this man, this time in gym shorts. Sunglasses rested on his head. He also wore a backpack, which seemed random, but it suited him just fine.

I wasn’t sure what to do. Would I just walk past him? I wouldn’t want to interrupt his conversation, just to say hi. Would he even remember me from the night before? Without the context of Nicole? There were many tables full the entire night. I could walk past him, nod my head ‘hey’ and keep walking. No damage done if he didn’t recognize me.

All of my overthinking somehow solved the problem. Sotiris said goodbye to the woman with a hug and started walking. Walking towards the grocery store. I just followed as his glutes hypnotically moved up and down with each step.

Right by the entrance he had walked past the shopping carts and then suddenly turned around to take one. He was going to go in the same store as I was planning to. But then, he looked straight at me.

“Jo-el!”
He recognized me immediately. He let go of the cart and took two steps toward me and hugged me tightly. I felt his strong arms around me, his muscular chest against mine. I smiled.
“Hi, Sotiris! I can’t believe you remember me!”
“Yes, of course! With Nicole! And Shase!”
I smiled at his attempt at Chase’s name.
“And big muscle man, I remember!”
He squeezed my arm. It was kind of sexy.

“Are you… buying food? Too?”
He gestured to the little grocery store. I nodded.
“Just you?”
“Yes! All the others wanted to be by the pool. But I wanted to look at the town.”
“Is so pretty town! Preveza, do you love?”
“I do!”
I smiled.

Sotiris looked at me and I could tell he wanted to tell me something. He grabbed my shoulder and squeezed it.
“You have time? Time for coffee?”
I nodded.
“Sure!”

Sotiris
He walked me back to the café I had followed him from. He put an arm around me and pulled me close to him. The café had outside seating right by the road. Out front he’d had the serious talk with a woman. This time we had a seat and a waiter took our order. Sotiris took out a piece of paper and a pen from his backpack.
“I want… write down. Some things. In Preveza. To… do. To see.”
I smiled. He wanted to give me recommendations.
“I write not in Greek. So you can use the Google.”

While he wrote, he wanted to know if I had enjoyed my night, and I said I had loved it. The food, the atmosphere, everything had been perfect. He had remembered I’d had a vegetarian moussaka. Our coffees arrived, and while we drank, I answered why the others hadn’t joined me.
“I just like to explore and see new things. I don’t mind doing that by myself. It’s freeing.”

As I spoke, I hoped he could understand what I was saying. He nodded. Maybe he got it from context. He then wrote down something else.
“Is my phone number. Please. Call me. I like to show you, is so pretty here.”
I laughed.
“Really? Don’t you have things to do? A restaurant to run?”
Sotiris laughed. He grabbed my shoulder again.
“Yes. But in the morning is free. Sunday is free also. Taverna is fine without me some days.”
He laughed more. I smiled.

Not only did he give me his phone number, he also entered mine into his contacts. He gave me the note with everything he had scribbled down. There were Greek names or words followed by a short explanation of what it was. With a quick scan, I saw the words castle, monument, and beach. This was so nice of him to do. I thanked him profusely.

“Nicole and Shase, is couple, yes?”
“Yes”, I confirmed.
“You is couple with… other beautiful lady?”
I looked down.
“No.”
Sotiris chuckled.
“You want to be couple with beautiful lady?”
I laughed.

“She’s a good friend to all of us.”
I wasn’t sure if I should avoid saying this, but pretty quickly decided I wouldn’t.
“I am a gay man.”
He smiled, as if he was not sure if I was kidding.
“So I have chance?”
He laughed. I still wasn’t sure if he thought I was being serious. But it didn’t matter. The response somehow suited him.
